Delivery Policy

Smart Love Shipping Policy

We know you want your order fast. All orders enjoy SF Express free delivery in Hong Kong. We offer reliable shipping and special care for the elderly and people with limited mobility. Delivery to any address you specify. Please ensure your address is correct. Once shipped, no returns or exchanges.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • Main areas: All Hong Kong (Kowloon, HK Island, New Territories).

  • Remote areas (e.g., outlying islands): Check with CS before ordering.

2. Delivery Time

  • Order processing: Orders confirmed Mon–Fri (10am–7pm) are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Weekend/holiday orders are processed the next business day.

  • Delivery: Usually 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delays possible due to bad weather (typhoon, black rain) or remote locations.

3. Delivery Methods & Special Assistance

  • Standard: SF Express door-to-door; ID verification required at receipt. You may authorise a family member, carer, or building manager to receive.

  • Special care: For elderly living alone or mobility-impaired, write "Need door-to-door with assistance" in order remarks. Our courier will help if possible.

4. Packaging & Inspection

  • Secure packaging protects devices (radar, watch, etc.). Includes manual, warranty card, and accessories.

  • Inspection: Check outer package upon delivery. If severely damaged or opened, take photos, refuse, and contact CS immediately.

5. Tracking & Follow-up

  • Tracking: You'll receive SMS/email with SF tracking number. Track via SF website, app, or hotline.

  • Issues: If no update for 3+ business days or delivery is overdue, contact us.

6. Important Notes

  • Overseas shipping: Free delivery is for Hong Kong only. For overseas or Mainland China, contact CS for shipping options and costs before ordering.

  • Address changes: Hard to modify after order confirmation. Contact CS before dispatch if needed.

  • Failed delivery: If returned due to wrong address or no receiver, re-delivery fee is borne by the customer. Please ensure accurate contact info.

  • Governing Law & Company Info: This policy is governed by Hong Kong SAR law. Disputes shall be negotiated first; if unresolved, submitted to Hong Kong courts.
